Delete your account

One Snap-Central account signs you into every app in the lineup, so there is one deletion and it applies everywhere. This page says exactly what goes, what stays, and how to ask.

Gridiron Hub · SnapScheme · SnapTracker · SnapStudio · SnapCount

How to request it

Email info@snapcentral.app from the address your account is registered under, and say that you want the account deleted. That is the whole procedure — no form to fill in, and no need to sign in anywhere.

Request deletion by email →

The button opens your mail app with the request written for you. Send it from the registered address — that is how we know the request is yours.

What a deletion removes

  • The sign-in itself — the account, its email address and its password.
  • Your Snap-Central profile.
  • Every app grant the account carries, across all five apps.
  • All active sessions, so the account is signed out everywhere.
  • The install records SnapTracker wrote when you signed in: a randomly generated install identifier, the app version and a last-seen timestamp.
  • Notifications, calendar tokens, quiz scores and activity history.

What it does not touch

Deleting an account removes the account. It does not reach into data that was never ours to hold, or that belongs to somebody else.

Football data on your phone

SnapTracker stores games, plays, statistics and charts on the device, and registering an account never uploaded any of it. There is nothing on our side to delete. Remove it yourself by deleting games in the app, or by uninstalling.

Records your club keeps about you

If a coach put you on a roster, the roster entry and its history — attendance, availability and injury records, testing metrics, fees, survey responses — belong to the club, not to your login. Deleting the account detaches your roster entry rather than destroying it: it goes back to being a coach-managed entry with your name on it, exactly as it was before you ever signed up. Ask the club if you want those records removed.

Work that belongs to a team

Film, playbooks and games in a team’s library stay with that team. They were the club’s before your account existed and they remain so after it stops.

What happens, and when

  1. 01

    You email us

From the address the account is registered under. That address is the confirmation — a request from anywhere else can’t be proved, so we will ask you to send it again.

  2. 02

    We reply

To confirm we have it, and to tell you if anything above applies to you.

  3. 03

    Sign-in stops

The account is disabled as soon as we action the request, and every session is revoked.

  4. 04

    The account is destroyed

After a short cooling-off period, in case the request was a mistake or was not made by you. Once it runs, nothing about it can be undone.

  5. 05

    Within 30 days

The whole thing, start to finish. Thirty days is the outside limit we commit to, not the target.

Deletion is permanent. Once the account is destroyed we cannot restore it, recover what it held, or tell you what it used to be attached to. If you only want to stop using an app for a while, say so instead — see below.

If you don’t actually want it deleted

  • Just signing out — SnapTracker signs out from Settings. That removes the account from the phone and restores the free usage caps; your games on the device are untouched, and the account itself stays.
  • Stopping one app — ask us to remove that app’s access and keep the account. Email info@snapcentral.app.
  • Leaving a club — that is the club’s roster, not your account. Your coach removes you from it; deleting your account would not.
